Chia Energy Drink with Cranberry Pomegranate, Low Carb

Ingredients
You will need a large mouth 16 oz drink bottle with a 1/4 turn close lid. The Chia seeds float around in the drink and will cause sealing problems with one of the push pull drink tops and it is difficult to get the Chia seeds in a small mouth bottle.1. 16 oz of Ocean Spray 5 cal Diet Cranberry Pomegranate or Grape drink.2. 2 tsp (8g) of Chia Seeds (Black, White, or mixed)
Directions
Makes 2, 8 oz serving
1. Due to the necessity of shaking this to prevent clumping you should get a drink bottle with a quick close lid. I recycled a 16oz Sweetleaf tea bottle but a Snapple bottle would be great also.
2. Add some Juice to your cool drink bottle before you add Chia to prevent clumping.
3. Add 2 tsp of Chia Seeds
4. Shake well
5. Add the remainder of the Juice.
6. Shake two or three more times about every minute or two.
