mix ingredients and season with salt and white pepper to taste.Place one teaspoon full in the centre of each wrapper. Fold two corners together to make a triangle, then fold the other two around and press all the points together and press edges together to seal. Line a steamer with baking paper, place the dumplings inside and steam for 15-20 mins or until tender. serve with a dipping sauce.
