Grandma's Granola

Ingredients
6 C Rolled Oats1 C Bran1 C Wheat Germ1/2 C Honey1 Tbsp Milk1 C Coconut1 C Oil1 C Sunflower Kernels1/2 C Flaxseed1 tsp Salt (optional)Dried Fruit and Nuts to taste
Directions
Dissolve milk and honey. Add oil. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add mixed liquids and stir well. Put in glass baking dish and bake at 325 for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool. Add dried fruit and nuts to taste (I like raisins, cranberries and pumpkin seeds). For a little sweetness try adding some carob.

Makes 24 1/2 C servings.
