Mediterranean Orzo

Ingredients
1/4 c olive oil2 T lemon juice1 1/2 t garlic1/2 t dried oregano1/2 t salt1/4 t pepper1/2 t sugar1 c orzo1/2 c loosely packed golden raisins3 T chopped black olives1/2 medium red onion, chopped1/4 c thinly sliced basil, fresh1/2 c feta cheese, crumbled
Directions
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Cook orzo in boiling, salted water; drain.
Toss orzo in dressing while still hot.
Cool to room temp and add raisins, olives, onions, and basil; coat well. Add feta and toss lightly.
Serves 4.
