Ingredients
-8 scoops Biochem Chocolate Fudge Protein Powder-1 oz box of Sugar Free Kroger Vanilla Pudding-2 cups of water
Directions
5 Minute Pudding Directions:
1. Beat pudding mix & protein shake into 2 cups of water in bowl with wire whisk for 2 minutes.
2. Pour at once into individual serving dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat within 5 minutes.
