1/2 cup of Apple Sauce1 Cup of Water3 Eggs1 Package of Betty Crocker Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix1 Cup of Walnuts1 Package of cream cheese icing
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl except walnuts and icing; place either in 12-cupcake tin or regular cake pan; cook for 35 minutes or as per instructions on box.
When it's cooled cover in cream cheese icing.
Use blender to grind walnuts and pour over the top of cake. Serve.
