Mexican Hot Bean Dip

2 cans of fat free refried beans1 can diced tomatoes, with chilies if desired4 oz hot pepper sauce8 oz velveeta cheese1 package taco mix1 dash worchestershire sauce1 lb extra lean ground beefhot pepper flakes to tast
Makes 15 1/2 cup servings
Brown ground beef and drain off fat.
Put all items in a crock pot and simmer on low for at least 4 hours, Stirring occasionally.
Be careful with the hot pepper flakes, the more you add the spicier it gets. Also the longer you cook it, the spicier it gets.
