Mango Papaya Salsa

Ingredients
2 mangos2 papayas1 jalapeno pepper diced without seeds2 small serrano chilies3 TBSP chopped cilantro2 TBSP finely diced crystalized ginger2 TBSP lime juice1/4 teas salt1 large avocado1/2 teas grated lime peelsalt to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and chill before serving.
You can make it a day ahead (but leave out the avocado and cilantro and add these two items right before you wish to serve it).
This recipe yields 10 - 1/4 cup servings.
For the crystalized ginger I like to use "Baker's Cut Crystallized Ginger Chips" by the Ginger People.
