Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, chopped into 1 inch cubes1/2 red bell pepper in strips1/2 green bell pepper in strips1/2 yellow bell pepper in strips1 cup of broccoli stalks1 cup of Chinese snow peas1 large carrot cut into thin slices6 Tbsp of Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce
Directions
Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet until cooked through, then drain off oil. Add teriyaki sauce and carrots and cook for about 5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low and add remaining vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.

Serve over rice that has been cooking with a bit of teriyaki sauce and enjoy!
