Cleaned razor clamsPanko bread crumbsEggs - beatenFlourPam or similar cooking spray
Directions
This recipe is for baked razor clams. Bread clams with flour, dip in beaten egg, cover completely with Panko (crackercrumbs) then put on baking sheet. Spray breaded clams generously with Pam or similiar cooking spray. Bake at 400 until clams are golden brown. Turning once and spraying again with Pam.
