Wagamama's Salad Dressing

100ml of Oil2 tsps of grated ginger1 glove of garlic (grated, chopped...)2 tsps of finely chopped scallion1 Tbsp of H2O2 Tbsp of light soy sauce1.5 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar
Put everything together in a salad dressing bottle, holds in the fridge for 5-8 days. I use 2-3 Tbsp on my salad.
