Serving size - 1 muffin * *Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing, 8 tbsp * Onions, raw, 3/4 cup, chopped * *Flour, white, 2 cup * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 oz * Baking Powder, 1 TBL * Red Pepper,1/4 tsp * Egg, fresh, 1 large * Tomato Paste, 6oz * Water, tap, 1/2 cup * Basil,1/2 tsp * Provolone Cheese, 2/3 cup shredded
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In skillet heat 1/4 cup Italian dressing and onion till tender. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add onion mixture. Spray muffin pan and fill with mix. Makes 12 Muffins. Bake for 30 minutes
