Ingredients
3 Cups Baby Spinach1 Tbsp Toasted Seasame Oil2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds3 Meatless Chicken-Style Nuggets ( I used Boca, which I found at Whole Foods)
Directions
Stir-fry 3 cups of baby spinach leaves in 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, and 1 tbsp sesame seeds, cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Cook the meatless chcken-style nuggets in the microwave according to directions and add to the mixture, toss to combine and heat for 1 minute.
