Barb and Ed's Mexican 7 Layer Dip

Ingredients
16 oz. Pinto Beans (drain & rinse) 1 Cup Sour Cream7 drops Tabasco Sauce ¾ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese1 Plum Tomato (chopped) 4 Scallions (chopped)½ Green Pepper (chopped) 10 Black Olives (sliced)1 Cup Salsa Jalapeño Pepper Slices
Directions
In blender puree beans, pepper sauce and 2 Tbsp. water.

Spread in bottom of 12” serving platter.

Top with the following layers – tomato, bell pepper, salsa, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. leaving a 1” border with each layer.

Sprinkle scallions, olives and jalapeño peppers on top
