Ingredients
Beans, navy, 2 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can (12 oz) yields (remove)Crushed Tomatoes, 400 grams (remove)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Directions
Makes 8 servings,
sautee onion and garlic
add crushed tomatoes
any seasoning you think would be good, ie chili powder
add beer, drink rest :)
simmer for 45 min
add chopped veggies and simmer for 30 min
