2 cans light tuna or albacore in water, drained1/2c. plain non-fat greek yogurt3Tbs sweet pickle relish2Tbs mustardFresh cilantro (optional)
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Serve on whole wheat bread, pita, or on its own.

    It turned out really good. I was looking for a way to cut the fat out but still have the creamy texture of mayo. I didn't have any fresh cilantro, I omitted it. - 7/26/13

    This recipe was great! I didn't have any sweet pickle relish so I blended a couple baby dills, and to replace the sweetness I used bavarian mustard. A dash of salt and pepper, and served on half a bun. Fantastic! - 5/10/13
