1 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen, unsweetened 1 cup strawberries, frozen, unsweetened3/4 cup blackberries, frozen, unsweetened1 medium banana1 1/4 cup lite soy milk (Full Circle was used)
Add ice first (only a handful of cubes, depending on consistancy desired) then add frozen berries. Add banana. Finally, add 1 1/4 cup of lite soymilk (I used full circle). Enjoy!!
