Mango Lassi

Ingredients
100ml / 3.5 floz water80g mango100ml / 3.5 floz natural low fat yoghurtpinch cinnamon
Directions
Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve at once.

Good served with spicy food, in particular Indian foods.
You can add slices of mango to garnish and also use different fruit.
