Parmesan Crusted Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
Tilapia filets- 4 oz. eachShredded Parmesan cheese- 1/4 cup per servingPanko Bread crumbs- 1/4 cup per serving1 eggsome flour
Directions
Thaw filets. Mix parmesan cheese and bread crumbs together in a bowl. Break egg into one bowl, and pour some flour in another. Dip filets into flour, then egg, then bread crumbs mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 min at 375 degress.

    We absolutely loved these fillets, even the grandkids. I made them gluten free. Next day I made fish sandwich with leftover piece, used thin 100 calorie bun and 1 oz. Asiago cheese. Tasted as though it came from pricey upscale restaurant. Thanks for sharing, - 4/30/11
