Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 egg8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (divided)4 slices bacon1 16 oz bag frozen cauliflowergarlic powderblack pepper
Directions
Brown the hamburger and bacon together; drain the fat. Add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, egg the 3/4 of the cheddar cheese. Meanwhile, cook the cauliflower until very tender. Mash and season with salt and pepper and a little butter. Spread the meat mixture and then put the cauliflower on top of the meat mixture. Top with remainder of cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
