Fudge Ecstasies

Ingredients
1 12oz package of semisweet choc. chips2 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped2 Tbsp of Butter2 Eggs2/3 C of sugar1/4 C of flour1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp baking powder
Directions
1. preheat oven to 350 F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat
2. In saucepan combine 1 C chocolate chips, the unsweetened chocolate, and butter. Cook and stir over low heat until melted. Remove from heat.
3. Add eggs, sugar, flour vanilla, and baking powder. Beat with a wooden spoon until combined (I use my mixer but just use caution not to over mix).
3. Drop dough by tsp. or tsp. sized scooper 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 8 - 10 minutes until edges are firm and surfaces are dull and cracked. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
