Parsley Fish

Ingredients
2 or 3 cod fillets (tilapia, perch, or catfish work fine)2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese2 Tablespoons Italian Style Bread Crumbs2 Tablespoons Parsley2 Tablespoon Butter or Margarine
Directions
Serves 2 people.
Heat oven to 450.
Grease pan lightly.
Mix all ingredients together (minus the fish).
Pack the ingredients on the sides of the fish fillets.
Bake around 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
