crab cream corn

Ingredients
1 bag frozen corn2 cups of skim milkchopped oniions1 package of crab meat1 pat of butter2 tbsp flourcream cheese
Directions
in a 3qt pot add onions milk and corn simmer for 10 minutes. Add crab meat and 2 tbsp of floor if it needs to thicken.( If to think add little more milk and a pat of butter for creaminess) After 5 more minutes with the crab meat simmering add the creamcheese and stir until desolved. Sever.

    I used mexicorn to add a little more flavor and this just didnt' have much flavor at all. Probably won't make again but you don't know if you don't try. :) - 8/29/11
