Creamy Hummus (Trillium1204)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas1/4 cup warm water1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice1/2 tablespoon tahini3/4 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 tablespoon minced garlic1/2 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Place the chickpeas, water, lime juice, tahini, cumin, garlic and salt in the bowl of a food processor. Process until very smooth, about 4 minutes. Add an extra tablespoon or two of water if necessary. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in fresh parsley or cilantro
Yield: 1 cup: 8 ( 2 tablespoon) servings
