Salsa Mozzarella Chicken Breast

Ingredients
6 4-oz frozen Tyson all natural Boneless Skinless chicken breast9 tbsp chunky salsa1/2 cup Veggie Shreds Lactose Free Mozzarella flavor1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375*F

2. Bake frozen breasts 40 minutes in shallow cooking pan/glass sprayed with Pam or brushed with olive oil.

3. Take chicken breasts out of oven. Test internal temperature (170*F). Cover with salsa & Veggie Shreds mozzarella flavor. Cook an additional 5-10 depending on temperature reading. Juices should run clear.
