Roasted Sesame Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Marinade:1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup hoisin sauce1/4 cup honey2 Tbs brown sugar1 Tbs toasted sesame oil1 Tbs grated peeled ginger1 tsp of minced garlicOther Ingredients:2 pork tenderloins, about 12 oz each1/2 cup sesame seeds
Directions
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large zip lock bag.

Trim the tim tenderloins of any fat. Then add to the bag and turn to coat evenly. Marindate for between two hour 2 hours and 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Position the oven rack in the center of the oven and heat to 500 degrees.

Spread sesame seeds on a plate. Remove meat from the marinade, drain off the excess, and roll in the sesame seeds to coat. Remove from rack in a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Roast the tenderloins until an instant -read thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the meat reads 150 to 155, about 20 to 25 minutes. Let the pork stand , loosely covered with foil, for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice and transfer to a platter.
