2 lbs of ground turkeylarge onion2 cans tomatoes with juice (or lg jar of spaghetti sauce)2 cans tomatoe soup1 lb of thin spaghetti1 lb of cheddar and colby cheese2 cans mushrooms
makes around 12 servings.
Brown turkey with seasoning and onion. Add tomatoe soup and simmer. Season with Italian season to taste.
Cook paghetti 9 min in boiling water. Dran and add tomatoes and mushrooms. Grate cheese or buy already shredded. Butter a long deep dish. Add a layer of spaghetti, then a layer of meat and then cheese. Continue and end with cheese. I usually get 2 sets of layers. Make ahead of time and let stand at room temp for an hour. Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
