4 egg shites1/8 cream of tartar3 egg yolks1 tea. splenda pinch salt3 onces cream cheese softened
Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff. In another bowl beat egg yolks, spenda, salt, and cream cheese with mixer. Gradually fold yolks into the egg white mix. Spray cookie sheet. Makes 6 mounds flatten slightly. Bake 300 degrees for 30 min. sote in airtight container.
