Chicken - Roast Chicken w/Tomatoes & Garlic

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, tenders, no skin, ~16 ounces, Diced Tomatoes - DelMonte Organic, 1.75 cup or use fresh tomatoes or cherry tomatoes - 2 cupsOlive Oil, 2 Tbsp.Garlic, 4 cloves chopped1/2 teas dried crushed red pepper flakes1.5 teas dried parsley2 teas dried oreganosalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Toss tomatoes, oil, garlic red pepper, parsley, oregano in a large bowl to combine.

Place chicken on a rimmed baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Pour the tomato mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake about 35 min or until chicken is cooked.
