1 pound ground lamb1 pound ground beef9 sweet mini peppers, diced2 shallots, diced1 cup diced onion2 large eggs1.5 cups village harvest rice medley
combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. place in 8x8 glass baking dish. bake in oven at 375 for 45 to 60 minutes.
