Spicy Sweet Potato

2 5" long sweet potatoes (that are fairly uniform in shape), peeled and sliced into chips1 Tbsp. Olive Oil1/2 tsp. Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
Peel raw sweet potatoes, and slice into chips (any thickness you choose).
Add 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Add 1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning.
Toss together until well mixed.
Line a baking sheet with foil and spread chips evenly on the baking sheet.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-45 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chip).
Makes 4-6 1/2 cup servings
