Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
4 oz. 95 % cream cheese1 (6oz.) pkg. of long grain and wild rice2 chicken breast, cooked and chopped1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli1 can of cream of chicken soup-fat free1 1/2 cups skim milk1/2 c. carrot, shredded1 c. mushrooms, sliced1 c. fresh spinach
Directions
Make rice according to package. Add and melt cream cheese with milk (whisk). Add cream of chicken soup/broccoli/carrots. Medium heat for 20 minutes or until veggies are tender.
