Egg White Chicken Sausage Veggie Omlet

Ingredients
Egg whitesChicken Sausage1 Green Bell Pepper1 Large Onion2 Cups (or to taste) chopped mushroom1 TomatoGarlic to tasteYou can go crazy with extra stuff
Directions
Cook the meat that you chose any style you want. I chose the GF for this job. While that's cooking, chop up all of the vegetables and other things you want in the omelet. Pre heat the oven to 350 F. Mix in a large bowl, then grease or line the pan however you want. I chose to lightly grease. Place everything in the pan, then measure out around 2 cups of egg whites and evenly pour them across the pan. I had to let this bake for at least a half hour, but I only had a very deep pan. Just keep an eye on it around every 15 mins and you'll be fine =]
