KJ's Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
1 Can of Pink Salmon1 large egg3/4 cup of bread crumbslemon juiceold bayred crushed pepperblack pepperseason salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Make sure to remove the bones from the salmon and disgard.
Shape into round balls.
Preheat frying pan with olive oil.
Fry each burger, flattening when placing in the pan.
Fry each side for 2 minutes or so. Make sure you watch.

Electric skillet: spray with pam and cook on each side for 4 minutes or more.

or

Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes.
