boil chicken with skin on for flavor, about 20-30 minutes or until cooked, let chill in fridge overnight, prep..peel skin off chiken, put in mixer, mix chicken place in seperate belnd onion the same as chicken, sprinkle of salt, and pepper to taste,add to bowl, mix together, adding mustard and mayo, toast slices of bread, apply genrous amount of mixture, to toast serve immetly. opptional slice of tomato, and lettuce, for added flavor
