Wendy's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups Bonless Chicken Breast boiled and cubed1 Cup chopped pecans1 Cup Pineapple Chunks each diced into 8 pieces1 Cup Celery diced1 Cup Reduced Fat Mayo
Directions
Boil chicken and cube, add pecans, pineapple, celery and mayo. Mixe everything together and refrigerate until ready to eat. I use a romaine leaf instead of bread. This will make 12 1/2 cup servings.
