Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese11 Tbsp Splenda1 can pure pumpkin 16oz or 2 cups7 egg whitesground cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg
Directions
blend cottage cheese until smooth
Put in large bowl, mix in pumpkin, spices and 3 tbsps Splenda.
Beat egg whites, gradually adding remaining splenda until firm.
Gently fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour into pie plate coated with non-stick cooking spray
Bake at 425c for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350c and continue baking for 45 minutes
