1/2 gal Edy's Coffee Ice Cream 1/2 the fat1/2 gal Edy's Vanilla Ice Cream 1/2 the Fat6 Chocolate Chip Cookies, crushed
Allow ice cream to soften slightly. Layer plastic wrap on bottom of 2 foil cake pans. Spread ice cream in each pan. Spread crushed cookies on top of each pan. Freeze until firm enough to remove from pans. Layer ice cream cakes on top of each other with cookie crusts on top. Cover and freeze.
