17 day diet chicken veggetable soup

Ingredients
4 chicken breast (baked and diced), 1 1/2 c of chopped cabbage, 1 carrot chopped, 1 cup okra (optional not included in calorie count), 1 large onion chopped, 2 large celery stalk chopped, 15 oz can crushed tomatoes, 14 oz can fat free broth, 1 1/2 teas. salt and 1/4 t black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients except chicken in a pan and simmer for about an hour until ingredients soft, add chicken and heat throughly. Makes 4 servings.
