Delicious low cal Turkey Burgers

Patties:20 oz Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1 egg white, whisked1/4 cup Shallots, chopped3 TBS Stub's Spicy BBQ Sauce1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce2 tsp Spicy Brown Mustard2 tsp Garlic powder1 tsp, Chili powder1 tsp Salt4 slices, Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread (or 45 calorie bread of choice)1 cup Milk, nonfatToppings:Yellow onion, sliced, grilled Pickle chipsMayonnaiseKetchupSara Lee 80 calorie delightful wheat hamburger buns
Remove the crust and cut the bread into 1inx1in cubes and place in a small bowl. Fill the bowl with milk, just enough to saturate the bread cubes.
Combine the ground turkey, egg white, shallots, barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, spicy mustard, garlic powder, chili powder, salt in a medium bowl. Use your hands to remove the bread cubes from the milk and squeeze out about 1/2 to 3/4 of the milk in the cubes. Then add to the mixture.
Combine well. Divide the turkey mixture into 7 or 8 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2 to 1 inch-thick patty.
Heat a grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Place patties and sliced onion in pan; cook 7 minutes on each side or until done.
Toppings:
Place grilled onion slice, pickle chips, 1, and 1 patty on the the bun. Dress with light mayo and ketchup.
