I large head cauliflower, cut into florets or 16 oz bag frozenI c cashews1tsp salt1tsp coriander1 c water
put cauliflower and water in covered pan and steam til tender. put all other ingredients in blender or food processor until crumbed. when cauliflower is cooked, add water and blend to a paste. pour over cauliflower. makes 6 3/4 c servings.
