Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Egg, & Nut-free Golden Raisin Apple Bread

Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup2 Medium Apples, peeled and gratedRice milk, .25 cupCanola Oil, 1 cupSugar, 1 cupGluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour, 2 cupsGolden Raisins, 1 cupSalt, .5 tspBaking Soda, .5 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease a 9x5x3" pan, set aside.
In a large bowl whisk together all dry ingredients except for raisins.
In a separate bowl, mix together all wet ingredients.
Add the wet mix to the dry and stir until just barely combined.
Add in the raisins.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, remove, then cool on a rack.
