Tuna Salad

Ingredients
12 oz tuna1/2 cup low fat mayo1 tbsp apple cider vinegar1 cup diced celery1/2 cup onionspices as desired (I used garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)
Directions
Mix ingredients. Spoon onto sandwich thin whole wheat bread. Top with low fat cheese. Put in a 400 deg oven for 10-15 minutes until warm & bubbly.
