Potato & Bacon Soup

Ingredients
* *Potato, raw, 16 cup diced * Water, tap, 16 cup (8 fl oz) * Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp * Pepper, black, 1 tbsp * Louis Rich Turkey Bacon, 5 serving * Corn Starch, .75 cup * *Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 4 cup
Directions
Dice up 16 cups potatos. Add 16 cups water and bring to a boil. cook bacon, add celery and onions till tender. Add bacon mixture to potatos. Simmer till potatos tender. Add cornstartch to milk. Mix until no lumps. Mix into soup. Simmer for 5 minutes till warm.
