Butternut Squash Pie

Ingredients
1 butternut squash-peeled, cooked and mashed1/4 cup oil1/2 cup brown sugar1/4 cup flour2 eggs1/4 cup soy milkpinch of saltTopping:3 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. oilcinnamon 2oz. crushed candied pecans
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a pie crust or graham cracker crust. Mix topping ingredients and crumble on top.
Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. 8 servings
