Pork and Bok Choy Stir Fry

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce, low sodium1/4 Barbeque Sauce1 tsp of Sesame Oil3 cups of Bok Choy, sliced8 oz of thinly sliced pork tenderloin1 lg Onion, sliced1 lg Pepper, Sliced1 cup broccoli florets2 cups Cooked Sticky White Rice
Directions
Mix Barbeque Sauce, Soy Sauce and Pepper- add pork and let it marinade for 20 minutes while you prep the veggies.

Chop all veggies into bite size pieces- heat oil in pan- add onions, peppers and broccoli- saute for about 7 minutes- add bok choy- saute another 3 minutes- remove from pan. Add meat and sauce mix- stir fry on high until cooked (another 2-3 minutes) Add veggies back in and heat through. Serve over white rice.
