1 cup milk1/4 cup sugar1/4 cup margarine1 teaspoon salt1 pkg. yeast1 egg1/2 cup water3 1/2 cup flour
Scald milk. Add sugar, butter, and salt. Add yeast to lukewarm water. Add milk mixture. Stir in flour. Knead till smooth. Place in greased bowl and cover. Let rise. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll each part out into circles. Brush with melted butter. Cut each circle into 12 pizza like slices. Starting with the large end, roll. Place on a baking sheet and let rise 5 minutes. Bake at 400 for 15-16 minutes. Each serving is 2 rolls.
