1 bunch broccoli1 zucchini1/2 cup onion1/2 cup pepper (red, yellow or green)1 cup grape tomatos12 ounces pasta1/4 cup pesto3 tbsp olive oil1/2 cup parmesan cheese
saute veggies (except tomatos, add those at the very end) with 1 tbsp olive oil while pasta is cooking. Cook til just tender, cook pasta al dente. add pasta to veggies, toss with pesto, add remainder of olive oil, toss. Add cheese and serve.
