Ingredients
10 oz. lean ground turkey1 large onion, chopped1/2 C green pepper, chopped12 C water1 C carrots, chopped1 C celery, chopped28 oz. can of Tuttorosso Crushed Tomatoes with basil1/4 tsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt1 tsp dried rosemary1 tsp dried thyme1 can Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn, 15.25 oz.
Directions
Brown lean ground turkey, chopped onions, and chopped green pepper. Add crushed tomatoes, chopped celery and carrots, 12 C water, and herbs. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cook on low until vegetables are tender (about 2 hours). Stir occasionally during cooking. More water can be added depending on desired thickness. Add corn just before serving.

Makes about 18 Cups of soup. Serving size is one cup.
