Strawberry Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 cup low fat or fat free ice cream 1 cup strawberries, halved (fresh or frozen)1 large ripe banana
Cut, rinse and drain strawberries (if using fresh) or thaw frozen strawberries. Add to blender
Break banana into pieces and add to blender.
Add one cup ice cream to blender.
Blend until all ingredients are whipped. Spoon into freezer-safe containers.
Place in freezer. Every 10 minutes or so, stir the mixture to set evenly. Enjoy
Makes approximately two 6-ounce servings, possibly four snack servings.
*Could also be enjoyed as a thick milkshake.
